Down 10 points early in the second half, Morningside dialed up the defensive pressure, erased the deficit, and posted a 71-67 win over the Saints 71-67.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Taylor Rodenburgh led the Mustangs with 23 points off the bench. Sierra Mitchell was also in double figures with 19.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Next up for the ‘Stangs is Southeastern (Fla), the senior-heavy #1\u2013seeded team. Tip\u2013off is Saturday at 1 pm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
