by Abby Koch–<\/strong>The Morningside swim team dived into their first at home event, the Morningside Mustang Stampede Friday, Nov. 8. The men came in third out of three teams and the women came in fifth out of five teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Both teams returned to the pool the next day for the Morningside Invitational. Augustana (SD) won the women’s side of the meet with Morningside seventh out of 10 teams. Barton Community College (Kansas) topped the six-team men’s meet, with Morningside fourth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The men’s and women’s next meet will be at the Gustavus Adolphus Invitational in St. Peter, Minnesota, on November 23.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
