The theft turned into a police chase at\u00a0 around 7:15 that morning, near Glenn Avenue and South Olive Street. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.siouxlandnews.com\/story\/30163596\/car-chase-ends-after-crash-in-morningside\">KMEG<\/a>. Lepe crashed the car around the 1800 block of South Palmetto Street, leading to an on-foot pursuit. Authorities apprehended Lepe near Laurel Avenue and South Olive Street. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.siouxlandnews.com\/story\/30163596\/car-chase-ends-after-crash-in-morningside\">KCAU<\/a>.
