The article is newsworthy because the Trump Administration has settled lawsuits against the Tea Party and conservative groups that have been targeted by IRS under the Obama Administration.

The controversy started in 2013 when the IRS admitted putting more scrutiny on conservative groups that were applying for nonprofit status.

The Justice’s Department settled lawsuits with over 400 conservative groups that were in the case.

The story has two big pictures. The first one at the beginning was a group of conservatives protesting. The other one in the middle of the story is Former IRS official Lois Lerner, who became the face of the scandal.

The audience is political fans, conservatives, Trump supporters, and people who don’t like the IRS.

The lede is compelling because it gives a recap of the scandal and gives the update on what the Trump Administration is going to do about this controversy.

The point of view in the story is the third person. The comments from the lead counsel for the conservatives groups in the lawsuits, Eddie Greim, were in the second person.

A missing piece to this article is a comment from the IRS on the scandal. They did not respond to Fox News for an explanation, so Fox News use court documents to find an apology from the agency.

This is a story that got lost by the “mainstream” media, but Fox wasn’t going to let it go. When it first came up, I didn’t think it was that big a deal.
