\"\"<\/a>Dr. Jeremy Schnieder<\/strong> joined the faculty in 2010 as an assistant professor of writing and rhetoric. Award evaluators called him \u201ca role model in a variety of venues: in the classroom, during advising and through work with campuswide initiatives.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Sharon Walker Faculty Excellence Awards are funded by a generous gift from Jim and Sharon Walker 1970<\/strong> of Wayzata, Minn. Criteria for selection includes teaching excellence, effective advising, scholarship and service to the college during the previous academic year.<\/p>\n
