This fall you may have seen a familiar face on NBC. Former Morningside College student Casey Muessigmann was a contestant on “The Voice.” Country star Blake Shelton selected Muessigmann to be on his team for the show. He remained a contestant until he was eliminated on Monday, Oct. 8. About a week later, he performed at Morningside College with Wyatt Turner, a former contestant on “American Idol.” Muessigmann most recently attended Morningside in the spring of 2012. He was a member of the wrestling team.
