The accident occurred on April 2nd of this year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Because Maston slipped on green beans that were allegedly left on the floor and broke her hip, she is suing the produce market for $100,000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The lawsuit reads \u201csuffered permanent bodily and mental injuries, incurred medical expenses and lost income\u201d, filed by Maston.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>September 9, 2021 A lawsuit was filed against Amburn\u2019s Produce Market after a woman slipped and broke her hip.
