Focusing on family and culture is what they value the most. According to Cornell, &#8220;we\u2019ll keep growing because we\u2019ve invested in the team, strategy and capabilities to do what\u2019s at the very heart of our company culture.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He is positive with his shareholders that during COVID-19, Target had the most growth they&#8217;ve ever had. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;In 2021, we grew comparable sales by 12.7%, on top of record growth in 2020.&#8221; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The re-modeling of their stores has enabled Target to change their marketing, culture, and feeling internally and externally. With the growth of the stores, the shareholders will be pleased with the investments they have made with us.
