I met some interesting characters today. The first individual was named Marone. He is a Brazilian soccer player and came to the US for an opportunity in college. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
His favorite movie is Shutter Island staring Leonardo DiCaprio. He doesn’t follow movie quotes a lot but he enjoys listening to motivational speakers and interacting with soccer players. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Unfortunately, when I asked him what he had in his pockets there was no pocket lint. Instead he pulled out his phone, wallet, headphones, and some chapstick.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The second person I talked to was named Josey. She is a junior at Morningside and is on the swim team. Her favorite tv show at the moment is the prequel to Game of Thrones called ‘House of Dragons’. She didn’t have a quote from this show but instead she loves a quote form the movie ‘UP’. “The wilderness must be explored!” she stated. I laughed because it is a very famous quote now. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
I commented on her jeans and asked if she had anything in them of value. She took out her phone, wallet, and keys. I then said, “Is there any pocket lint in there?” She didn’t know how to react to this statement, but laughed and reached back in and pulled out a string from her back pocket. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
We then proceeded to talk about her major and the Mass Com Department. She is studying journalism and says that she loves Ross’ class. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
