The plane&#8217;s destination was Omaha, NE, but it crashed while approaching Chicago&#8217;s Second City Airport.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The National Transportation Safety Board in Washington immediately\u00a0dispatched an investigative team.
