For my ‘best’ 5 of the Two Dozen photos I have chosen these photos under that notion that many students and faculty appreciate the little things around campus. Each of these photos captures a unique aspect of campus life that resonates with the idea of finding beauty in simplicity. From the intricate patterns of a sunset filtering through grass to the quiet solitude of the Morningside ‘box’, these images invite viewers to pause and appreciate the often overlooked details that contribute to the charm of our university environment.

While this isn’t directly a sound of the University itself, it is one of the more iconic around the campus. When the weather turns for the better, you will always hear a lawn mower.

As all students know, there is only one way to get into the many living quarters here at Morningside. This photo represents the “fob” sound we hear daily.
