Classmate Anecdote

Diego may be a foreign exchange student, but he feels at home. So much so that his friendliness makes his friends feel at home. “My friend was hungry, and I gave him the food from Bucks after I finished my shift.” His friend thanked him, and they had a great conversation while eating. Diego exemplifies his friendliness by offering a “good morning” to everyone he passes by. Morningside University is very grateful to have such an amazing young man. Morningside’s advertisement tagline is “Welcome home,” for Diego, Morningside feels like home.

  1. It’s not quite a story. For that you’d have to include
more about the dinner conversation after Diego’s
shift ended. They are good examples, though. The
last sentence could be a lead for Diego’s story, but
the prohibition on opinion (amazing young man)
remains, albeit a bit weakened in features.
