This has all came about since May. Due to this, the Care Act is up to 2 trillion dollars. This is our emergency package. Poverty has grown by 6 million people and the circumstances are way worst for black people and children. The care act is at an all-time high with one-time payments for adults and children. The adults are getting 1,200 dollars and the kids are getting 500.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Growing up where I did I know a lot of my friends back home are dealing with this issue. Their parents are struggling to put food on the table, so they are being forced right into the work field trying to help them survive.
