Because of this many teams have committed to wearing heart-shaped arm bands or doing something to stand against the rules of FIFA. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With many other issues that FIFA pushed aside, they want to remind the fans and visitors of the World Cup, that they are there to watch football, not judge the morality of others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I believe this is not news, because it is not something new for FIFA to make scummy decisions.
