The American flag in front of the Lewis parking lot at Morningside University represents the pleasant and sometimes loud sound of the wind, which can be heard by everyone walking around campus. However, the sound of the flag hitting the flagpole from the roar of the wind is unique to Morningside and can be heard when walking near the Lewis building and its surroundings.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Buhler Outdoor Performance Center at Morningside University is where you can perceive silence when walking near it, but when there are events such as a performance of music or a play, this place can bring sounds of instruments, students sharing, applauding, and voices of student artists. These sounds are unique to Morningside and by being at that precise moment of performance at Buhler Outdoor Performance Center you can hear the essence of Morningside University.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

There are printing stations in almost every building on the Morningside University campus which is very important for students and faculty of the university. The rhythmic sound when documents are being printed or photocopied is a sound that can be pleasant and quiet; this sound can only be perceived if you are near one of these stations.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
