At universities, students often face a substantial workload of homework and assignments. This includes a significant amount of reading, research, and writing, which can consume a considerable portion of their time. Balancing academic demands with personal life can be challenging, leading some students to experience stress and a reduction in social activities. However, many universities offer support services and resources to help students manage their workload and maintain their well-being. I talked to Morningside student Freja Brix Rasmussen and asked her about her experience with the workload at Morningside University.

Going into our next topic, many students from different countries go to Morningside University. The weather isn’t very cold yet, but the international students are already looking forward to going back to their home countries for Christmas. They are busy getting ready and saying goodbye to their friends. They feel both happy and sad. They can’t wait to see their families, but they’ll also miss the friends they have at the university. As they start their trips, they look forward to seeing all the people back home again. I talked to Vicotira Stausholm, an international student from Denmark, to ask what she likes about the Christmas break and if she is already ready for her trip.

Another big thing coming up for students is Black Friday. When Black Friday comes around, students get really excited. They look forward to the big sales and special deals that happen on this day, which marks the start of the holiday shopping season.
