The 3 Cosmic Levels

I find it weird that all religions believe in the same basics of 3 cosmic levels. It may just be a way for the religions to have a positive outcome from life by having a heaven type reward and a negative outcome in the underworld. Every religion wants to be at the center of the world to be closer to the connection to heaven but there are also closest to the connection to the underworld and that is rarely mentioned which i find a little strange. Wouldn’t the axis mundi also be sought after by people who may worship the devil or another evil spirit?
I am a Starbucks addict living in the northern suburbs of Chicago. I am a freelance web designer as well as an internet consultant who can be hired on an hourly basis. 
I agree that it does seem kind of weird that all religions have the same three cosmic levels, but on the other hand it also makes sense because the idea of heaven, earth, and an underworld is the basis of nearly all religions and without it they wouldn’t be able to branch out with their own ideas. After the idea of heaven, earth, and the underworld most religions go in different directions with their own ideas and beliefs making the religions different from each other. To answer your question about the axis mundi, I don’t think people who worship the devil or an evil spirit want to be involved with the axis mundi because it’s seen more as a sacred and holy place.
I agree as well. It is weird that all religions believe in the three cosmic levels. I like how you said that people want to be at the center of the world to be closer to heaven but that also means they are closer to the underworld. I did not think about that. That is very interesting. I also think it is weird how each religion has a different axis mundi. How can more than one place be the center of the world? Does this mean that all religions are wrong? It is not logical to me.
