The accident occurred at 11 a.m yesterday morning when 65 year old Moyer Quick&#8217;s and 17 year old Randy Radin&#8217;s vehicles collided on highway 20 two miles east of Sioux City.<\/p>\n<p>Quick, Radin, and two passengers, Dorothy Quick and Maxine Steuerwald were rushed to Marian Health center. Mrs. Quick and Ms.Steuerwald are said to be in &#8220;fair&#8221; condition while Radin is listed as &#8220;critical&#8221; with a fractured skull and internal injuries.<\/p>\n<p>Highway Patrolman, Patrick Stewart, said that both vehicles were heading west bond when Quick&#8217;s vehicle cut off Radin&#8217;s\u00a0 causing both to vehicle&#8217;s into the ditch.
