Ironically, Jorge Costilla was captured by the Mexican Navy in Tampico, located in northern Mexico, one of the most Cartel-gang active place. One very interesting piece of information I&#8217;ve read, what interest me the most about this news article is that the location where the incident is so close to the US. Furthermore, most don&#8217;t really pay attention to what happens boarder close to the US, since there&#8217;s been a giant news explosion about how Muslim\u00a0protesters were speaking up about how America doesn&#8217;t really pay attention to what they are doing to other countries. I find this article about the Cartel Gulf leader somewhat news worthy, however, I began to lose interest because the article didn&#8217;t really tell me what he was doing and how he got captured exactly.
