Ordered ban of hand-held radar guns due to cancer
Yesteday In East Dakota there was a order to ban hand-held radar guns due to the fact they can be radioactive and lead to cancer and death. Due to the fact that troopers could develop cancer from longterm exposure to the radiation waved emitted by the devices. The ban was ordered as a precaution while studies. conducted possible links between cancer and such guns.
The ban affects 70 radar fund that will be withdrawn from service. State troopers will continue to use radar unites with transmitters mounts on the outside of their crushers. Adam smith reported from the highway patrol that “The feeling here is to err on the side of caution until more is known about the issue, The while situation is under review”.
The move is considered to be the first of its kind by a state police agency. It comes two months after three municipal officers in Central City filled workman’s compensation claims, saying they developed cancer from using the hand-held units.

Seems like I have commented on this at least three times.
Focus the lead on the critical info: East Dakota state troopers (subject) banned (verb) hand-held radar guns yesterday (object).
One idea to a paragraph.
