Who is 4Evs? Well that would be me, Evan! The reason the name of the blog is 4Evs is because the number has always been my lucky number. Ev is also what my family and close friends call me. This is my first year at Morningside University after transferring from West Valley Community College in Saratoga, CA. What brought me all the way to Sioux City, Iowa is baseball. <\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I’ve been in love with baseball ever since I was 4 years old which is also the age I began to play the game of baseball. Although baseball isn’t the only thing I enjoy to do. Another thing I enjoy to do is going out to eat with my girlfriend. We try to find new places to eat whether it’s fancy, casual, or hole in the walls. We also like to go shopping even if we can’t always find what we are looking for we just enjoy each other’s company!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My family plays a huge role in my life. Growing up I was always at my Grandparent’s house with all of my cousins. If there was a week or weekend that I didn’t see my family it was considered weird and boring. My Grandparents house is where everyone in my family has lived there at least once in their life. So it kind of shows you what type of home feeling it gives. The best parts were always when my Grandma would make her home made enchiladas which were always the BOMB! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am studying Mass Communications here at Morningside University. The reason I chose this major is because I am interested in the social media aspect of the major. I’ve seen social be utilized in many different ways such as news reports, video games, streams, cooking shows, businesses, and so many other other uses of the different platforms. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

My cousin actually has his own clothing brand that runs strictly through social media. He started his brand on Instagram and used other platforms such is Twitter, Facebook, Snapchat, and TikTok to grow and advertise his brand.
