What’s the deal man?! My name is Dayne Davis and I’m here to let you into my life just a glimpse. First of all, I’m from Kansas City born and raised. The Chiefs are easily my favorite football team and I will tolerate no disrespect! Joking, but kind of not. Speaking of football, I’ve played tackle football since I was in first grade, so being an athlete has always been a big part of my life. Basketball is also another sport that i’ve played since around first grade and I can truly say that basketball is my first love! Skill wise, I would say I’ve always been better at basketball, but my parents gave me no luck given my height.
I attend Morningside University in which I chose this school because of a scholarship opportunity to play football. I have now graduated from my football career and moved onto photography. This is something that I’ve been into since early 2023, but I’m really passionate about it and I’m bound to make it big one day! My main focuses will be portrait shoots and sports photography/videography.
More personally, shoes have always been something I’m interested in. I started a business where I buy shoes and resell them, so I turned another passion of mine into financial benefit. I come from a big art family so I’ve always been interested in multiple forms of art. My father is a painter, my mother is an art teacher in multiple forms, my brother is an artist who graduated college from Savannah College of Art and Design, and my grandmother does artwork as well. So, although art has been embedded in me since day one and I would consider myself to be talented at it as well, I never got super into it because sports have always had full focus.
Lastly, I’m a very chill guy. I love to be the life of the party in a silly and funny way so there is never a dull moment around me. I have the tendency to make people feel comfortable talking to me from the beginning since I’m easy to talk to. I have always been a people-person and I would definitely consider myself an extrovert! I am very intelligent and multi-talented, so I’m confident in my abilities but never arrogant or cocky! All in all I think I’m someone who is pretty interesting when you get to know me!
