Photo Story Assignment

The house where “college life” has been for my four roommates and I throughout our 4 four year run at Morningside. Inside the house we all have our own areas and spots where we would consider to be our zones to get work done and or just maybe relax as well.
The first of my roomates homework areas, here is where Mason Williams likes to work on homework, play video games, and watch tv shows. By far the most popular spot for mason to sit in the house.
Garret Hoagland in his beloved area where he can watch any movie. Currently he is watching a movie about a swordsman who is very skilled in martial arts. Garret also enjoys reading Manga in his spare time.
Next we have Alex Van Dykes area. Currently he is working on an art piece for a class. The piece of art is actually of one of his favorite characters from a show everyone in the house watches, his name is Giyu.
My desk is where I like to work on homework for the most part. The other part I use for storage as you can see by this picture I have a lot of clutter. I can assure you though that when I need to get work done, this is the spot I come to!
Last of the roommates we have Jonah. Jonah currently has been working on a lot of business homework with his upcoming graduation coming. You can also see that Jonah takes his health serious because he has his vitamins!
The “Backyard area” part 1 is where the boys and I spend most of the summer. In this photo you can see the many activities that are able to be done in this area. Grilling, Basketball, and Washer Machine, there is nothing else we need.
The “Backyard area” part 2. Here you can see the fire pit where a lot of gatherings have taken place. Here we like to kick back on nights where it is nice and cool and talk about the good times. The fire pit is a great area that depicts college life.

This photo of Jewish survivors of the Holocaust is my example of visual expression because this photo is showing just how cruel WW2 was for some. In this case, their are about 12 children locked inside of one of the concentration camps

My photo for surveillance is a photo outside the gates of Auschwitz. I chose this photo because the recording of historical events and with such magnitude as the Holocaust, they need to be remembered and never forgotten.
