Experiences
I have had many different experiences and so has just about everybody else in the world. I have learned many different things from my experiences to but all my experience haven’t been the same as other peoples experiences. So what I have learned from my experiences I could help the people going through the same experiences by telling them what I did or should not have done. I would tell them what I learned from my bad experiences so they won’t make the same mistakes that I did.

I agree that others should benefit from our personal mistakes & we should try to prevent people from making mistakes we have made by giving advice wether big or small mistakes. I see traits of a leader in your post, good work.
I completely agree with you about how everyone has different experiences. Therefore, we can use these different experiences to give other people advice about the decisions they are about to make. Making mistakes is often the best ways people can come up with good advice for others. A mistake shows first hand why a decision is bad, and everyone learns from them.
