Mustang spikers lose at Dakota Wesleyan

The Mustangs fell 3-1 to Dakota Wesleyan Saturday in Mitchell, South Dakota.

Jayde Bergman once again led the Mustangs offense with 12 kills. Kaitlynn Madsen missed double figures by one where she came up with nine kills. Jennifer Buyert was right behind with eight; Aneisha Ford and Ashley Vande Stouwe had seven.

Katie Kuck led on the defensive side for the Mustangs. She had a season high 28 digs. Morgan O’ Malley and Hannah Roberg distributed 19 and 17 assists for the Mustangs.

With the loss the Mustangs drop to 4-9 and 0-3 in conference. The Mustangs’ next match will be Wednesday, September 23, against Dordt in Allee Gym.
