English Department professor Steve Coyne opened Friday is Writing Day with a reading of his creative non-fiction piece “Taken In.”
The piece reflects on our memories of our own experiences, and how those memories may give us a false impression of self. Coyne called the story a work in progress and gave students and faculty in attendance a chance to suggest revisions.
