By Meghanne Adams–
Governor Terry Branstad reached out to Republican Party Victory Offices, thanking them for their time and dedication, and encouraged volunteer involvement in this November’s elections.

On Thursday, September 27, via conference call, Governor Branstad acknowledged the hard work that has been taking place in the GOP Victory Offices statewide. A crowd of volunteers gathered to hear the message that have been active in phoning, door knocking and distributing promotional materials.

The volunteer who made the one millionth phone voter contact call got a personal phone call from Vice Presidential candidate Paul Ryan. The volunteer to make the two million contact voter call will personally get a phone call of thanks from Presidential candidate Mitt Romney.

The Republican Party Victory Office in Sioux City is located on Gordon Drive near Earl May. If you’re interested in getting involved in this election by volunteering, stop by or call Ben Sharp at (712)-204-9327. The office also has yard signs and other materials if you want to show your support. Volunteers who either make 250 phone calls or knock on 100 doors get a free Romney and Ryan t-shirt.
