This can either be seen as an abundance of pollution and things need to be changed or as a positive for the booming industry businesses.
Photo that makes you feel a certain way
This photo makes Trayvon Martin appear like an innocent kid and George Zimmerman as a mean criminal. However, it does not give any information about how Martin had previous threatened and attacked Zimmerman. It is misleading.
As far as the photo being used more for aesthetic value, I have to go with the example from Jerry with the homeless people being shadows. It was more art than journalistic.
