Potential consumers need to know the faults before they invest in the new phone. I would have liked the article to explain the new features when compared to the older versions. However, I do like how they included pictures and videos of each fault. Also, I wish they would have given figures on how many phones are experiencing these problems. Overall, I like the article and will definitely think twice about buying the phone when it is time for my upgrade.
