I think food is my problem….
I think I have a problem with over-eating. And no, I am not being dramatic. When it comes to food, I have no will power. I can NOT resist a craving. For example, here was my menu today:
Breakfast – Poptarts 410
Lunch – Chinese Buffet, easily 800 calories or more
Snacks – Granola Bar 140, Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups 210, Popcorn 300
Dinner – Frozen meal 250
Total – 2110
And even though working out sounds totally lame, I’m going to go. And I’m going to push for three miles tonight. I may take a five minute break between miles two and three, but I’m going to do it. And I’m going to do abs, arms, legs, chest, AND back exercises.
